Flowcode v10 SK6812 RGBW LED and 3D Panel

Post by Sasi »

Hello,
I want to experiment with the SK6812 programmable RGBW LED.
The SK6812 component can only be placed on a 3D panel. (Why? )
But in the Flowcode 10 UI, I can only open a 2D panel, not a 3D panel.
How can I solve this problem?

Regards,
Sasi

Hello,
The reason is because the animation features can only be done on the 3D panel.
What you will need to do is right click on the component.
You should then have the option to Add to 3D system panel
If you left click on the option, then it should be automatically open the 3D panel for you.

This is what appeared when I left click on the component: "Add to legacy 2D dashboard panel".
But it put it on the Panel.
Thanks for the help. :D

Hi.
In File > Global Settings... > Application tab there is an option to Disable the 3D system panel
Have you got that ticked?
If not you can try running a component library update with Full database instead of Files in use

Hi,
Yes, that was the problem. The 3D Panel was not enabled.
Thanks again.
